Ordering and Payment

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment. Kitsbow will authorize your card at the time of purchase, but will not issue a charge until your order has been assigned a tracking number. Prices are listed in US dollars, Canadian dollars, and Euros. You may select the currency from the pulldown in the main menu. For international orders, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email to confirm the order’s successful payment. If you have any issues in getting your payment processed, or any other questions concerning the status of the order, please feel free to contact Customer Service.

USA CUSTOMERS: We ship anywhere in the USA. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We currently ship to Canada and the U.K. If you are in a different country, accept our apologies but we are slowly expanding our international reach. Check back soon for when we can ship to you.

Duties and Taxes

A note to our international customers: Kitsbow is not responsible for customs and duties.  Customs and duties taxes are the responsibilities of the Recipient (you). Any import charges are billed by the Carrier directly to the Recipient once the parcel reaches its destination 
country. These charges must be paid by the Recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these 
charges. (for more info on your country’s specific import duties and taxes please contact the Carrier in your country) Please remember that in the event of a return for color or sizing issues, Kitsbow will not be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred.

Making Changes to an Outstanding Order

We strive to ship orders the same day they are received. However, if you’d like to make any changes to an order you’ve submitted prior to its shipment, please contact Customer Service and we’ll be happy to get you dialed.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you’re looking for is out of stock in color or size, you can use our “notify me when in stock” feature to get an automated email as soon as the item is back in stock. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t even seem available, shoot us an email! We’d love to hear from you.
