Shipping and Returns
We’re offering shipping within the United States in three FedEx services: Overnight, 2nd Day, or Standard Ground. Simply enter your delivery information at checkout and the available shipping options and their respective shipping rates will be calculated for you. And of course in keeping with the mantra of “risk-free shopping,” if you return your product in that 30-day window, your shipping will be refunded.
For our international friends, we are currently offering FedEx shipping to both Canada and the United Kingdom. If you are outside this network, we are still in the process of expanding our delivery capabilities, so please contact us and let us know where you live — we’ll prioritize getting product shipped to your country!
If for some reason you need to return a product to us, please follow these simple steps:
1. Write or call us to request a return label.
2. Print out and complete this form, and kindly include it with the items you’re returning.
3. Package your clean and dry product in its original, or otherwise appropriate packaging.
4. Within 30 days of receipt of your product, shipping is on us: print out your return label (we’ll send it to you when you contact us). After 30 days, we suggest you ship by any insured, trackable means.
5. Send it in.
