Heidi, Co-Founder/Director at The Cyclist's Menu, spends her life doing what she loves most: cooking delicious food w/ Chef Z, physically pushing her body to the limit, and encouraging others to do the same. A Colorado girl born & raised, she spent her younger years on the lacrosse field, ski slopes, and running up many of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks. She discovered her love for riding dirt during college days at the University of Montana, which led her straight into 5 years of guiding mountain bikes on Moab's rugged trails. After 7 years of passionately racing professionally on mountain bikes, off-road triathlon & trail marathon running, she & Zander discovered endurance gravel riding and that's when The Cyclist's Menu was born!
