Jason Stern

I hail from:
Millersvile, MD

But I am most at home:
Right here in Millersville.

I pay my bills by:
Producing and directing videos for non-profits, businesses and anyone else who needs to share their story.

I never leave home without:
A bottle opener and a camera. I drank beer. Still drink beer. I like beer.

My three favorite pieces of Kitsbow kit are:
My Haskel shorts, Icon shirt and the Merino A/M hoodie.
I love them because:

They are so versatile. I look great on the trail or raking leaves or traveling around the world for work.

You see this scar? I got this when I:
I'm pretty scar free. Most of my bleeding was done internally. Crap. I just jinxed myself.

The closest I ever came to dying was:
Wandering into a rug store in Istanbul with the promise of great prices on carpets. It's a long story.

The closest I’ve been to complete and profound enlightenment was:
Is there anything better than post-ride beers with your riding buddies? Sometimes when the beer and stories are flowing, I just lose all track of time. Much to my wife's chagrin.

My favorite place to ride (that I am willing to tell you about) is:
Allegrippis trails in Huntingdon, PA. There's just something about those trails that gets me all hot and bothered.

My favorite secret spot is:
Moab in Maryland. It's a thing.

If I ever won an Oscar, my 10-word speech would go like this:
Biking's the source. It'll change your life. Swear to God.

Lastly, shout out to:
All the people who helped me find mountain biking.

Because:
Without you, I wouldn't have this awesome, addictive, healthy, fun thing to do with every second of spare time.
