Customer Service Sherpas Wanted.  


Play a vital role in providing unequivocally excellent customer service with a variety of tasks including answering customer emails and phone calls, fulfilling marketing requests, processing special shipments, and working with the team to solve problems and meet goals.

We love customer service experience, but our biggest requirement is a knowledge of cycling and a desire to learn and grow. We will teach you how to be an amazing contributor and advocate for customers, while you learn the world of apparel.
