Want to work in heavenly conditions?
This is an opportunity for an insightful digital graphic designer to help create all aspects of Kitsbow’s brand communication; work within the marketing team to create elegant and simple communications, campaigns, and user experiences; and create visual assets for our digital store.
Our design team works in a constantly-evolving high growth environment, where we balance nimble decisions with careful attention to every detail. As you help design, build, and execute our brand assets, you will have a definitive impact on Kitsbow revenue and help shape the Kitsbow brand.
We’re changing the way clothes are made in the US. Kitsbow is one of the few apparel manufacturers in the US utilizing lean manufacturing (aka Toyota Way methodology), which means we make clothes every day for our customers, often shipping nearly immediately.
Also, our customers buy directly from us — from our own digital storefront. This means that you will be directly involved in bringing customers directly to our store, through our own digital advertising and email campaigns.
Because we’re changing the world, we’re developing/improving our methodologies, marketing strategies, and digital store, often simultaneously as we do our work. Developing best practices while using those practices at the same time can be challenging — this is not for the faint of heart.
Location: Old Fort, NC -- we ride gravel and beautiful back roads from the office. We practice “Wear Test Wednesdays” when we ride our bikes and test the products that we make… regardless of your skill level, everyone is welcome.
Compensation: Depending upon experience includes health benefits.
Hours: Full-time salaried (5-day week)
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your short description of why you’re interested, and what you would bring to our party.
Please provide a portfolio link, a LinkedIn profile link would also be appropriate, and a PDF resume if you must.
We ship every day, direct from our production crew, and we need you to delight customers with perfect shipments.
You will be both a player on the field as well as a coach, keeping the trains running on time with all physical inventory, shipping, and receiving (player) and helping our young team develop best practices for inventory and shipping (coach).
