LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.
Caring for your Kitsbow gear properly will extend its life by maintaining its performance, fit, and quality.

I love this merino wool hoody! So much that it's now hoody season and it's my go to every day hoody! I also sometimes wear it under my Icon for those extra cool fall days.

So I’ll admit that I scoffed at the idea of such a pricey sweatshirt at first. I waited to buy until it was on sale. I now know that I’ll probably wear this thing for forever and it was a great purchase. The zippered pockets make it so functional! The hood is actually useful when I’m getting ready to ride in the cold. I’ve worn it riding for some cool mornings and it’s warm but breathable. I like it better than my Patagonia fleece due to the flattering fit. And the red color is stylish. I usually wear a small top and medium bottoms for my hourglass shape. The small fits me well, maybe a smidge tight around the hips but not so much that it bothers me. I think the medium would have been less flattering fit but probably would have worked too. I’m glad I got the small.

This hoodie is by far the best hoodie in my large collection of hoodies! It is a perfect outer layer that is both stylish and comfortable. The two zippered pockets in the front are huge, plus there is a smaller zip pocket on the right side rear that is a bonus. The material is really soft yet durable. The hood is large enough it actually serves it purpose. I also love that it is just slightly longer in the back so it does not ride up when I am actively moving around. I can't say enough good things about this hoodie!
