Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.
Caring for your Kitsbow gear properly will extend its life by maintaining its performance, fit, and quality.

I'm so glad Kitsbow is starting to make some cropped tops...I hope more are in the works ;) This sweatshirt hits just below my belly button (I'm 5'3") and is the perfect length to wear with my Kitsbow shorts, and all my other high rise bottoms. I have an hourglass figure and often run into problems with the hemline either stretching out on my hips and baggy in my waist, or sliding up from my hips and being all bunched up. Not cute. The cropped length fixes all those annoying issues and has the bonus that it is so comfortable and flattering that I'll definitely be adding this into my everyday wear. Great for lounging at home, going out, or warm ups/downs for working out. It's the sweatshirt I've been dreaming of!

Perfectly cozy!! super soft and lofty. I got the Cropped Sweater to wear with my Kitsbow merino tights, and realized this weekend that the sweater is great with my high rise jeans too. The medium fits perfectly (my bust is 35ish and waist 30ish, I typically wear medium everything from Kitsbow), hits right at my natural waist. I love the flattering contoured hemline. I'm got the grey, its a classic retro-athletic color.... and in merino!
