The shoulder and elbow panels add rugged versatility. Durable enough for a top layer on the trails or worn as the most surprisingly lightweight insulation layer under a shell.

Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.
Caring for your Kitsbow gear properly will extend its life by maintaining its performance, fit, and quality.
Wash Instructions: Machine wash cold, delicate cycle, do not bleach, dry flat, do not iron, do not dry clean and do not expose to heat

United StatesThe FABRIC!
The fabric on the Primrose is some sort of magic! Soft and cozy, super stretchy but never gets baggy or saggy. The amount of stretch allows the sweater to be a flattering close fit while still allowing lots of mobility (gussets in the sleeve too, nice touch). Perfect layer for Fall mornings, packs down small in my tote in the afternoons. I have the Cedar, but the Black is calling my name especially for traveling and multi-day wear.
