Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

United StatesLooked good, but too small.
I’m 6’3” with 42 inch chest. I have a number if Kitsbow shirts, all in large, that fit well. This one was way tighter through the chest and shoulders. Had to return it. Otherwise shirt looked nice and well made. Length was good.

I was fortunate to score 2 different colors of the same style. We all know Kitsbow items are not a jersey, a t-shirt but rather a functional, durable and elegant piece of outdoor garment. Being on the dark skin side, I sometimes like colors that have a bit of contrast, besides when you're on the trail, being seen is a plus, but "catching looks and turning heads" don't hurt. This Russian river cyclone Tee is soft against your skin and it has the right amount of cooling. I can see this being the right choice for long cloudy days. Living in SoCal, we rarely get freezing cold mornings but having a top like this is great for those early morning rides with little to no sun. The fit of the Cyclone compliments my body shape and it doesn't make me look super skinny. Thanks for making this item, amigos! I'm 5'11 and 157 lbs.

This shirt is very light and you can feel the quality, great for hot days. I had use it for mtb, gravel and hikes. The fit is tighter than the Super Flow Cooling tee, but still True to size.

This shirt fits perfectly. I am 6’6 210 and ordered an XL. The length is great and the sleeves are very well thought out. This will not be my last.
