Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

I’ve worn them once, two days in a row. They are exactly what I expected, plus some real quality things I didn’t think about. The second button at the fly makes them fit so dang well.the secret pocket on the right side, like I don’t understand how it is but it is so useful for keeping stufff of varying sizes secure. Oh and idk how, maybe it was a fluke but I had grease covering my hands after I hooked up the burley trailer, but it didnt rub off on my shorts. ***. I am in love. Thanks for making a company that builds when you order. I’m gonna invest and I’m gonna tell all my friends. Respect

These shorts so far are near perfect. In the past riding a bike with shorts always meant them getting bunched up and was never comfortable. I’ve put a few hundred miles into these already and they are just the right length, stretch, and fit. Couldn’t be happier

I wish you could offer a longer length or a customized length for the men that are tall that cycle? These are still 3” too short for those guys over 6 feet and love your shorts. They look too short on them that far above there knees and get caught on the seat.
