Third Kitsbow bib!

This is my second Coleman bib short I’ve purchased along with the Knicker version of the same bib for cool weather.I needed another pair to alternate between launders. I found that I kept choosing to wear these over opting for my old Pearl Izumi or more recent Castelli bibs. In comparison, the Kitsbow fit is better, the materials are better and the build quality is off the hook. I can wear them all day and spend my complaint budget on other things that actually hurt..like grades above my grade.

Nice bib shorts

These fit a little tighter than I’d expect for an XL and I did experience ****** chafing from the shoulder straps. Not sure I can fault the bibs for the latter since the straps kind of need to go in that area. Anyway, I’ve been able to mitigate the issue and they've been good on the 3-4 rides I have in them so far. Quality seems to be top notch so far.

Great for long rides

Good fit with a small (I’m 66”, 145#). Great chamois. It’s as good as the top high markup brands.

Give em’ a shot

So I like your typical high end bib shorts like Rapha. After hearing cycling tips podcast about Kitsbow and their story, I decided to give their bib shorts a shot. Now, I’m 6’4” 170lbs so most products aren’t made to fit tall thin folks. The length of these were exceptable. I do wish they had a tall version but maybe that’s a future offering. Next, the fit and shammy were very comfortable. Very comparable to a Rapha fit and feel. I’ve since done a couple rides. Bib shorts stay in place and are very comfy. No chaffing noticed. On my 2nd outdoor ride I went down on a gravel road which shredded my specialized jacket and jersey. I broke a shifter and magic shoe but somehow my kitsbow shorts were unscathed. I couldn’t believe it. Just some dirt. Wish I would’ve taken a picture. Give ‘em’ a shot folks!!

Best bibs I have ever worn

Was having issues with saddle sores wearing a competitor’s bibs. I switched to my new Coleman Valley bibs and experienced immediate improvement. I will not wear anything else now, especially on long rides.
