Great Shorts!

I originally bought the shorter 8” version, but they were far too short (my liners were longer!). The exchange process was easy and the customer service fantastic as always. I just had to wait a bit longer. The shorts are awesome and look great! My only complaint is that they don’t offer a 33” (hence 4 stars as opposed to 5) so they’re a bit on the snug side.

Haskell Short 11"

This is one of the pairs of Kitsbow shorts that I received for Christmas. The quality is top notch. The Haskell is made with pretty heavy material which is great for the colder months. I feel that the size runs true. A pair of shorts that should last a long long time.

They’re heavy

I bought these shorts for off road cycling. They are clearly very well made with close attention to detail. I like that they have pockets everywhere I want them (I’d rather put my phone, wallet, etc. in my pants pocket than wear a cycling jersey and belt loops. However, the fabric is quite heavy. Really heavy. So heavy I had to ask myself why I spent all the money on a lightweight frame if I’m going to wear these? I really liked them and wanted to keep them, bu this was a deal breaker for me. So sadly, I sent them back before ever wearing them. I also was afraid they’d be really hot on warm days, but I have no experience with them to confirm this.

durable and comfortable!

I bought these to use mountain biking but also to wear day to day. The price is quite high comparatively, but I feel the quality is excellent and these should last longer than $50-80 shorts I have used in the past. A few things to note: Fit: it runs a little small. I have a 32” waist but larger quads/glutes. Usually I wear size 32 Levi’s jeans but in these shorts I had to go with a size 34. This fits perfect in the legs and flutes, the waist is a little small but I use one of those Arcade stretchy belts and it fits great. Material: feels crazy durable. I have worn these shorts about 10 times so far and I would not be surprised if these shorts last 5+ years easy. Feel invincible. That said, the material is rather heavy so these may be more of a 3 season short and switch to something lighter in the summer. Not sure yet, as I have only had them in the winter so far. I will say though, these shorts combined with some lightweight leggings are a great combo for the cold weather. I wear this down to about 20F and feel comfortable, though in general I do run hot and the cold doesn’t bother me too much. This has been nice though as it allows me to not have to buy any riding pants. Pockets: has standard pockets with 2 in front and 2 in back. None are zipped. The two in back do have snaps that feel secure, though. It also has a little side hip pocket on the right hand side, between the front and rear pocket, but this does not have any closure. I use this for my phone usually, though at first I was really nervous that my phone would fall out. So far it hasn’t been an issue at all and stays really snug in there. I will say though, any phone larger than an iPhone 12/13 (not max) size is probably not going to fit. The iPhone 13 fits VERY snug with a small silicone case on it. I will be interested to see how comfortable or uncomfortable these are in the hot summer months, but so far I really love it!

Haskell short

Fits well. Durable. Comfortable. Feels like it will last a long time. Best aspect is comfort and feel. Short moves with you. Material a bit heavy but not a problem
