Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.
Caring for your Kitsbow gear properly will extend its life by maintaining its performance, fit, and quality.

I love this hoodie. It is my go too for cool bike days, or even a cool walk downtown. When fully zipped it protects your neck from the wind without that choking feeling or stretching feeling. When using the hood there is no stretch feeling, it fits perfectly. Another winner for Kitsbow!

Another staple clothing item from Kitsbow. The fit isn’t perfect for me personally but I am still very happy with it. I live in Canada so shipping and returns make sizing difficult. The color and functionality is great.

I like the hoodie a lot and when gray or cedar are back, I will buy at least one more of them. Why not 5 stars? I agree with other reviewers that the thumb holes and the mesh pockets should be reconsidered. I am looking forward to the return of cool weather to wear the hoodie more.

I am 6'5" 185 and the large fits perfectly. The sleeves are about perfect length. Seems like they would be long for an average height person. Very comfortable and well made.

This is a great jacket! I got it for some February riding around the Puget Sound. It worked out perfectly! Even with a slight drizzle I felt warm and cozy (and a little sweaty) for the entire 35 miles. Kitsbow makes really good stuff - found out about them during the height of the pandemic when looking for a good mask. Their masks and this jacket are great.
