Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

The textile used in these is the best I’ve found in years of trying underwear from Patagonia, Rapha, Outdoor Research, and many others. That said, the details need a little tweaking, particularly the waistband, which has a tendency to roll over. Otherwise, these are my favorite boxers right now (three weeks of wear). I’m hoping the hold up!

I feel like these are version 2 (or maybe 3) and, as we have grown to expect from Kitsbow, these are the best yet! The original trail boxers ran very small and although these run slightly small, they are fairly true to size. I normally wear Medium across the board with Kitsbow and sized up to a Large for these but could probably go Medium as well. These are cool and light, stretchy and supportive. I wear them off the bike and on the bike for shorter rides where a chamois is not necessary. I also own the mesh boxers and they are excellent as well. Definitely an amazing option in warmer temps. I bought these boxers for riding my e-bike to work , 23 miles each way .. I wanted something I could wear all day , on bike -at work- back on bike ..They are perfect for this .. very comfortable , sweat wicking material .. My only complaint is they are super pricey for a pair of underwear ..
