Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

this is one of my Go to beanies - as a bald dude I have many - the reason I love this one is...1 merino 2 its Kitsbow 3 there is no seam...this is my beef about beanies and how they are branded - there is no attention to placement of the label and the seam - the label/brand in front and seam opposite in the rear should be the correct placement...this is NOT generally the thing - Kitsbow FIXED THIS - it is NOT AN ISSUE WITH KITSBOW - thank you!! NO seam rocks - !!

I gave a couple blue ones for Christmas presents (to a couple family members who aren't that sold on 'beanies' in the first place). They are now converts. I love beanies, personally, and am kinda envious. They are super soft, great size, and the blue color is very nice!

Great hat. Have worn under a helmet in a pinch and many times to the local mediocre brewery that I really don't have patience for, but it's so convenient and my kids like the french fries. The hat is stellar quality as to be expected. Light enough to wear in side for greasy hair days yet toasty in deep cold, perhaps with a hood over it when the wind is howling. Bough my 20 yo son one too.. he's starting to get the Kitsbow bug .
