Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

This short is great and the size chart is spot on. I bought these to wear under regular clothes on my bike commute to work. They work great - they don't ride up; there are no seams to chafe and rub, and they work well under a variety of clothes. These shorts are so comfortable I've also worn them running and as a layer under summer dresses. I was originally skeptical about picking a size based solely on my waist measurement since I have muscular/large thighs. However, these shorts fit. The stretch is amazing and they are super comfortable.

My preference has evolved from wearing a chamois to only wearing compression shorts while riding. I can wear these under outer shorts, and also wear them as a stand alone short. I wear them when I work out and they are my preferred short when I ride on the peloton. I also wear them under dresses in the summer so my big thighs don't rub against one another. The wide front panel on the waist band is smoothing & supportive. I lovingly refer to these as my "anti-chaffing shorts"... because they keep my thighs from chafing together.
