We stay in touch by email, and your purchase date determines your place in line.
Made To Order, Less Waste™ simply means minimizing waste — by making only what is needed — and maximizing our flexibility to offer customers more choices, more colors, sizes and fits.
More choices, premium quality gear and the commitment of less waste, sounds pretty great, right? The trade-off is that it takes longer for us to make, but you get exactly what you want, and we never make apparel that isn’t wanted.

I have been on the hunt for a durable yet flattering flannel and landed on the Icon. When I received it this past winter I was thinking it was a winter and swing season garmet. As I'm sitting here packing for a summer bikepacking trip in northern MN, I know its coming along. (instead of a puffy, vest or arm warmers). Its the perfect mid/outer layer. And the snaps are so convenient for adjusting ventilation. I dream about adding more to the collection. For reference, I'm 5'10" and 175 lbs. The medium fits like a well tailored shirt while the shoulder gussets provide the perfect movement for whatever I'm getting into. I think a large will be a nice addition in the future if I want to toss it on over more bulky inner layers.
This is an incredibly made shirt. Gorgeous detailing, quality fabric —> will last a lifetime BUT it runs on the small side. I even sent my first shirt back (a medium) to get a large because I wanted to size up after the initial wearing. It’s STILL on the smaller side. It would probably be perfect for a shorter woman but I’m tall. I got the Icon because the sleeves were suppose to be longer but honestly everything JUST fits. I haven’t decided if I’m going to send this one back yet. I WANT to keep it, but at $250 I’m really looking for the item to be perfect. Also the color isn’t quite as vibrant as the picture— not a deal breaker through. Still beautiful fabric and stitching! If you can nail the size you will have a garment that will be heirloom quality.
Love everything about it
I never want to take this shirt off! I am 5'8 135 and got the medium and it fits perfect! It is so worth the price. I have worn it to bike, camp, and out to dinners. The cut is very flattering.
The icon shirt is quickly becoming the most versatile shirt that I own. It can take from a bike ride to a hike to the office. The fabric and craftsmanship is incredible. I can’t wait to get one in every color!
