Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.
Caring for your Kitsbow gear properly will extend its life by maintaining its performance, fit, and quality.

I absolutely LOVE this flannel and haven't taken it off since I got it - okay, except to shower. The fit is perfect for cycling, the wool is so soft and somehow doesn't get soaked in the rain. I love popping the collar for extra warmth and it transitions seamlessly from adventure to casual outings.

Was bought this by my partner for my birthday and got to wear it in a gravel ride this weekend. Really comfortable, great rear vents, poppers manageable whilst riding, fine from 12 degrees Celsius to 20 degrees - love it. It’s a looser fit but that’s what I went for and it’s great.

I love everything about my icon. I wear it both on its own and as a second layer. It’s awesome to ride in, but I also wear in while working around our property and when just chilling out. It’s super comfy, and the fit is feminine without being skin tight. There is not a single thing I would change about it!

I've worn this 90% of the time since I purchased it, just go for it. Ladies that work outside and need field clothes, this is it. What we've all been waiting for. Durable workwear (and bike wear), warm, doesn't stink, looks good, but allows movement (not the best pic, but great, great field shirt). Got one, then two more. IMO runs very slightly small, but has morphed to my body shape as I've worn it. I'm a true medium, ordered it and it's snug, but not uncomfortably so. Fits my linebacker shoulders wonderfully. 5'4", athletic 150 lbs.
