Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

The Lory merino crew is super soft, warm, with excellent construction. I love wearing it on a long ride under vest or shell and equally enjoy it for casual wear, too. I even slept in it on a recent very cold night when the heater was not working. I have sensitive skin and am delighted the material is not irritating.

First ride in this shirt plus thin windbreaker vest on a sunny winter day - I was warm when I started and cool when I ended. This shirt feels soft and magically adjusts temperature to the ride, fits well with some extra sleeve length so wrists stay covered. I’m a mountain bike instructor who rides 3-4x a week and this just became my favorite winter kit in a closet of Smartwool, Wool&, Woolx and technical knits. I’m 5’”6, 130 lbs wearing Small.

This is an AWESOME layer. I bought this in a larger size so that I could fit layers underneath and LOVE it. I've also worn this as a base layer and loved the soft fabric feel all while being super breathable and warm/cool when you need it.

I love the Henley and found this to be even better with a hair smaller neckline so I can wear whatever sports bra with it and not have the straps show by the collar! Such a comfortable shirt. I wear it in the office all the time and then go straight to the trails after work with no need to change from my desk. Sleeves aren't too long as the wool is super soft with no itch. I can get 3-4 wears with hanging it up before I need to wash it.
