Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

I want to wear this shirt all time, on and off the bike! It is so comfortable and breathable and I love the color. This is my first Kitsbow purchase, and I will definitely be getting more in the future! Usually I am a small in shirts, but the medium fits perfectly. I would recommend sizing up.

I've started to want to wear more long sleeve tops during the summer to avoid having to use so much sunscreen. The Moraine has not felt sticky like my other polyester "active" shirts that I have. The Moraine also keeps the rare morning or evening chill away. I think it's magic. I didn't expect this from a not natural fiber top. So glad I took a chance and bought one -- actually 3 total.

I thought this shirt would fit like the HyMasa with long sleeves, but it did not. I originally ordered a medium but it was significantly shorter in length and tighter through the shoulders than the HyMasa Tee. The return process was painless and the large fits much better. I love the way the shoulders are constructed - even when I had the medium on and raised my arms over my head the lower hem of the shirt stayed in place and didn’t raise up.
