Our latest series of shirts was made by TS Designs of Burlington, North Carolina. Known for their triple-bottom-line business model: People, Planet, and Profits; it naturally made sense to turn to TS Designs when we went to make our shirts in the USA. By working with TS Designs, we are helping support American Jobs and making the best quality graphic tee possible. These shirts are crafted with quality from knit to finish in the United States. We provide a unique code on the care tag of each shirt that allows you to track where the materials have come from. TS Designs uses a water-based print and dye process, which eliminates shrinkage and design fade, but more importantly has a lower environmental impact than standard processes. The cotton is grown and spun in the USA. The fabric is cut and sewn in the USA. And the design, print and dye are all done in the USA. This is what we mean by dirt-to-shirt.

Hats & Caps
All of our hats and caps were inspired by trails we've ridden, or plan to ride, all over the U.S. Each fills a specific purpose, from The Gronk for cool weather, off the bike, to the B-Road designed to fit under your helmet. We even took a tip from our successful Icon shirts, and built a hat from genuine Pendleton wool! Everything here is new, and inspired by the bike. Check them out...
