A: If your return is less than 30 days from the date of fulfillment and you live in the U.S., refunds or exchanges are processed immediately. You will be provided a shipping label and you have 15 days to return the items without any penalty.

A: Yes. Our Lifecycle Guarantee means that if you are not completely delighted, we'll make it right. However, you MUST CLEAN IT before sending back. We will return items that have not been washed.
