If you do not love your Kitsbow, for any reason, please return it and we will refund your money. Read about our Lifecycle Guarantee. We want to make it right.
To return or exchange a product you purchased from us, please follow these simple steps:
For international orders, or any other situation, get in touch with us by phone or email and we'll figure out how you can return your product. Contact us.
NOTE: We pay for your return shipping if you send it back within 30 days by providing you with a return label (see Step #1 above). After 30 days, we suggest you ship by any insured, trackable means (that's on you; we do not reimburse for your shipping method).

ONE EXCEPTION FOR RETURNS If you purchased your product in the Last Chance Zone, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
You can easily tell if your product cannot be returned -- all product sold in the Zone will have a price that ends in $0.33. These products are new, warrantied, and in perfect condition -- but they cannot be returned or exchanged (thus the awesome price). NOTE: The Zone was established in June 2018; any sale item purchased prior to the Zone also cannot be returned.
If we don't have your desired color/size for a specific product (click on the size you want), our store will indicate "SOLD OUT".
This can mean two different things in our world:
1. We don't have any more of that specific size/color, but we're happy to let you know (by email) when we do. Simply click the button offered immediately below the SOLD OUT label: "Notify Me When Available" -- and we will.
This can take weeks or months, but we will definitely tell you when we have it back in stock.
When you receive notice that the product is back in stock, you might want to jump on it. There could be many customers that have asked to be notified, and it can sometimes be a race to be the first to buy.
2. We don't have any more of that specific size/color at this moment, but we will very soon. For certain items, we're constantly making new product in our own factory in California. We add new product to the store literally every day.
For these items (and only these items) if we are out of stock at the moment, you will be offered a "High Demand Item. Pre-Order Now" button (instead of the Notify Me button).
Clicking this allows you to buy the item, and be placed in a queue for shipment. Your item will ship the day after it is made, on a first-come, first-served basis.
This can take between one day and three weeks. You will receive an email with a shipping tracking number when it ships. For items in high demand, this is an excellent way to ensure you get what you want.
