CRASH POLICY

Our crew often rides hard and we are here for you when things go awry. If you crash and trash your Kitsbow, get in touch with us.

If it can be repaired, we'll do that for a reasonable charge. If it can't be repaired (if you were really ripping it), we'll figure out a way to get you back on your bike wearing Kitsbow anyway. Just get in touch. The same policy applies to typical wear and tear: we'll repair it for a reasonable charge (if it can be repaired) or get you back into Kitsbow some other way if it cannot be repaired.

Nice bib shorts

These fit a little tighter than I’d expect for an XL and I did experience ****** chafing from the shoulder straps. Not sure I can fault the bibs for the latter since the straps kind of need to go in that area. Anyway, I’ve been able to mitigate the issue and they've been good on the 3-4 rides I have in them so far. Quality seems to be top notch so far.

Great for long rides

Good fit with a small (I’m 66”, 145#). Great chamois. It’s as good as the top high markup brands.

Give em’ a shot

So I like your typical high end bib shorts like Rapha. After hearing cycling tips podcast about Kitsbow and their story, I decided to give their bib shorts a shot. Now, I’m 6’4” 170lbs so most products aren’t made to fit tall thin folks. The length of these were exceptable. I do wish they had a tall version but maybe that’s a future offering. Next, the fit and shammy were very comfortable. Very comparable to a Rapha fit and feel. I’ve since done a couple rides. Bib shorts stay in place and are very comfy. No chaffing noticed. On my 2nd outdoor ride I went down on a gravel road which shredded my specialized jacket and jersey. I broke a shifter and magic shoe but somehow my kitsbow shorts were unscathed. I couldn’t believe it. Just some dirt. Wish I would’ve taken a picture. Give ‘em’ a shot folks!!

Best bibs I have ever worn

Was having issues with saddle sores wearing a competitor’s bibs. I switched to my new Coleman Valley bibs and experienced immediate improvement. I will not wear anything else now, especially on long rides.

Great chamois, nice length, comfortable

I like everything about the Coleman Valley bibs with one, hopefully short-lived, exception (see below). The EI chamois is awesome. It felt good on the first ride. Is thick enough without tilting me too far forward the way some cheaper chamois do that put too thick/too dense foam on the sit bones. I like the length and the leg hems are excellent. The straps are different from any others I've worn, but work just fine. My only complaint is that the stitching along the vertical sides of the white mesh lower back panel is a bit scratchy. It seems like this could be fixed simply by reversing it as the outer side isn't scratchy. My guess is that a few more hours of sweat and a washing will soften up the stitches.
