The Great Divide Tee is one of a series of shirts made with TS Designs of Burlington, North Carolina. Known for their triple-bottom-line business model: People, Planet, and Profits; it naturally made sense to turn to TS Designs when we went to make our shirts in the USA.
By working with TS Designs, we are helping support American Jobs and making the best quality graphic tee possible. These shirts are crafted with quality from knit to finish in the United States. We provide a unique code on the care tag of each shirt that allows you to track where the materials have come from. The cotton is grown and spun in the USA. The fabric is cut and sewn in the USA. And the design, print and dye are all done in the USA. This is what we mean by dirt-to-shirt.
TS Designs uses a water-based print and dye process, which eliminates shrinkage and design fade, but more importantly has a lower environmental impact than standard processes.
The Great Divide Tee is a super soft, comfortable, stylish shirt that will be a staple piece of my post ride kit. The fit is dialed, not too long, not too short, an attractive graphic design and color, and best of all it's made in the USA. The cotton used is clearly high quality, soft to the touch, with impeccable seams and finish. Kitsbow has found a great partner with TS Designs, and I'm looking forward to more shirts with this obsessive attention to detail.
