Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

This is such a well made shirt. I’ve been looking for a well made wool shirt to wear daily as I ride, hike and camp. The Icon caught my attention a couple years ago, and the more I read about Kitsbow- USA made, quality materials and a company who cares about their employees and community, it made me want to support this business. Last year, I bought a pair of Kitsbow gloves and was impressed by their workmanship and wear. I ordered the wrong size and Kitsbow sent me the new size before they received the others! I love quality wool clothing and over the past few years, I’m downsizing my wardrobe to a few quality pieces. The icon is fitted, not a baggy flannel. The workmanship is incredible and it gets softer with each wear. It is not too thick, but definitely keeps me warm without getting too hot. I look forward to many years of wear. I can’t wait to add a few more Kitsbow pieces.

This shirt was ordered in a size large and fits my wife well. She loves the color pattern of the Sedona Ombre though it is subdued and not vibrant as it appears online. I think she likes the actual tones even better. This will serve as a cool weather outdoor shirt for hiking and yard work.
