Some of my favorite FALL gear. Follow the sizing guide: I’m larger chest so this is XXL where the shirts were XL
I recently bought my second Kitsuma Hoodie because I wear the first one 24/7, and it’s 5 years old or so .. Riding, ride commuting, midlayer for skiing, hiking , hanging out , whatever .. This thing is the best , so now I have two..
I had high expectations for the Kitsuma hoody. Hoody's are like bright colored underwear, they need to feel just right, then they provide so much function. The hoody is one of the most sentimental garments; brings back so many memories of teenage shenanigans and snuggly coziness. The Kitsuma weight is lighter than I thought. But the wool is so warm. It's a great mix of technical and lax. Looks great. Hood is dialed and thumb holes are a big win- forget the gloves and stay warm. Highly recommended. You'll have it forever. Sizing - a bit loose. I'm an average 5'10" semi fit dad male, Size Small is perfect with plenty of room for layering under and over. Sleeves on the long side- sleeve rolled up 1x most of the time. Great length. Only downside: more colors please! (ooh I'd like the wine red one) . Not technical enough for hard sweaty riding. Not meant for that though. And perhaps crazy, but a small 3-4" subtle pit zip for venting, could be a great addition.
Looking forward to lots of use this winter but here in Texas old man winter has yet to make an appearance. I’ll be ready when he does!
A wonderful fall layer for a cool ride or a cool house. It looks great and feels better. I ordered a large because I'm in the middle of M and L, and I could have gone with the medium. The hoodie does stretch and after a week or so conforms to your body like an old favorite. Very pleased.
