Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

Closures are all excellent and thoughtful. Inseam sits just at my knee. These need two more pockets, a cell phone pocket that can be opened and closed one handed on the bike and at least one back pocket so you have a spot for your wallet. The current design leaves you with two overfilled pockets.

Light, TTS fit, good quality, perfect on a bike. Who thought that belt is a good idea should find another job. Not a huge fan of black patches behind the knee as well. Makes shorts almost impossible to wear of the bike.

These shorts are fantastic. I could tell the quality as soon as I felt the waistline and closures. The main material is comfortable, smooth, stretchy and breathable. The belt holds fast and the side belt closure helps keep the chunky, cool aluminum buckle from poking you in the belly. They fit true in the waist and a little tighter in the legs. The reverse pockets took some getting used to but grew on me quickly. They are on the smaller side, so if you use a larger android or Iphone with a case you'll be squeezing a little. With that said, the tight pockets are great for keeping your phone/ wallet from jiggling around on trail. I wear these to work on on 90*+ days in a high activity humid environment. They are my go to shorts

These are by far the best riding shorts I own. They are well engineered, flexible and fit my Android phone, which is about as large as my TV!! I have a Size Large and generally wear a 32" waist. They feel slightly big, but that doesn't bother me a bit.
