Contact us. We'll probably ask you to ship it to us, but talk to us first. If we can't repair it, we'll find a way to get you back on the bike at a nominal cost.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Kitsbow fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will fix it or replace it. Of course, this does NOT include damage from normal wear and tear (or flaws you consider a mistake in the design). Contact us to start the process.
REPAIRS
Now if your dog ate your Kitsbow, don't stress. We offer repair services, so get in touch and we'll help you start the process.
RE-USE AND RECYCLE
If you're done with your Kitsbow, because it doesn't fit any more, because you don't ride any more, or really for any reason -- then we strongly recommend you move it on to its Forever Home via Experienced Apparel, where you can sell Kitsbow for cash or Kitsbow.com store credit.

This mask was perfect for flying. I felt well protected, and the material is super comfortable and breathes really well. Plus it looks great! My only complaint is that the nose piece was tough to get fitting just right.

I'm sure this mask is very protective but it fogs up my glasses so badly that I had to buy a special spray (or you can buy those plastic turtle things). So, excellent product but somewhat problematic.

I can breathe with this mask and still feel securely protected - a difficult combination to find. I appreciated being able to order by size, and it was true to size (S). The adjustable nose piece was a little stiff at first, but it has since bent to my wishes. Thank you for making a high quality item!

This is the best mask I have purchased--it has really nice quality fabric with pocket-space for a liner. Plus it has a nose wire and elastic bands that go around the head for a nice tight fit. As someone who wears glasses, I really appreciate that it is snug around the nose for minimal fogging.
